Our Mission
OBVE LLC is a GTM execution firm. We deliver sales execution, outreach operations, and AI-enabled pipeline infrastructure for organizations that need results without building an in-house team.
Founded and led by Ric Jessen, a combat veteran with 17 years in the Washington Army National Guard — including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in 2011 — OBVE brings military discipline and a closer's instinct to every engagement. We don't just advise on strategy — we run the pipeline, work the leads, and close the deals. Our AI infrastructure makes it possible to do this at a scale that one operator alone never could.
Based in the Puget Sound region, we serve clients across Washington State, the Pacific Northwest, and nationally through federal contracting vehicles.
As a veteran-owned small business registered with SAM.gov and Washington State WEBS, with SDVOSB certification pending and a Secret Clearance held, OBVE LLC is built to serve government agencies, prime contractors, and commercial organizations that demand performance over promises.
